Furthermore, they promote their website on Reddit and Imgur using fake accounts and conversations going something like: * Fake account 1: Post image * Fake account 2: Where can i buy this? * Fake account 1 (or 3): Link to Reddit profile These websites are made using the GearLaunch E-commerce platform that allows them to easily setup a webshop that they can rebuild in a few easy clicks. Once pretty much everyone knows they are a scam, they will delete the website and start a new one under a new name!
