Tulle perimeter net on my Deschutes

I sewed a perimeter of tulle net on my Deschutes. I sewed it so that one door can be open if I want. Needs a rock or gear to hold the front down and closed. I have been using a tulle net tent under an A-frame tarp for the CDT from Canada to the Great Basin in Wyoming and it has worked perfectly. I wanted to use a pyramid tarp going forward because of the wind.

There are snaps so even the net door can be opened if necessary. I see a gap above the bottom snap. I will try to fix it.

There's sort of a lot of excess but I screwed up cutting some excess so I'm just going to leave it alone rather than risk screwing it up further. I sewed it with the longest stitch length on my machine so that I can remove it more easily if I want later. The stitching is done terribly and the thread is bright red so I can see it when I rip it out later.

Not bad. I'm not very good at sewing. I pretty much just winged it, clipping the netting on with the tent set up and then sewing it on. It took me about half a day.
