We almost destroyed my buddy's truck getting all this block back to the house... turns out 2,200 pounds was juuust over the limit...
2 vents, 1 on either side for some convection action.
Smoked mostly with hickory, but we had some cherry laying around as well.
Once the block heated up, it was pretty easy to maintain a steady temperature (200F)
